Welcome to Extravaganza Latin Carnival. By accessing or using our website and purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Ticket Purchases and Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled by the organizer. In the event of a cancellation, the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

2. Event Admission

The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with these or other rules.

3. Program Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make any final changes to the program, lineup, and schedule without prior notice.

4. Photography and Recording

By attending the event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded. The organizer may use these recordings for promotional purposes.

5. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. Attendees assume all risks associated with attendance.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
